We produce live events, music and media to a professional standard — and we build the young people who make them. Every production is also a training ground for the next generation of Victorian creatives.
Every production runs through CrashCourse Youth — youth crew placements, artist mentoring, workshops and paid producer pathways. We don't just make work; we build the next generation who makes it. Meet the youth division ↓
CrashCourse Youth is how we put the company's stages, studios and cameras in young hands. Across Victoria, 12–25 year-olds perform, record, film, crew and produce alongside our team — earning real credits, mentoring and paid roles. It's home to the CrashCourse Beats Composition Cup, all-ages events and our producer pathways.
The CrashCourse Youth flagship — our inaugural high school music composition contest. Free to enter, open to Victorian secondary students in Years 7–12. Winners get a professionally produced release and a headline performance slot.
